1. Who can use this service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Topic Chat Rooms. If you are under 16 and in the EU, you need parental consent. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One person, one account — no bots or automated accounts
• Your username must not impersonate others or be offensive

3. What you can and cannot do

You can:

• Chat with other users in topic rooms
• Use the @ai feature to get AI-powered responses
• Write and publish blog posts
• Delete your account and data at any time

You cannot:

• Post illegal content, hate speech, or content that threatens others
• Harass, bully, or abuse other users
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Spam, advertise, or post commercial content without permission
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Post sexual content involving minors — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities

4. AI-generated content

This service uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) to generate responses when you use the @ai feature. AI responses may be inaccurate — do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. Your messages may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy.

5. Content you post

You own your content. By posting, you grant us a license to display it to other users on the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content.

We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms or that we believe harms the community, at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swiss courts.
