2. What data we collect

When you register, we collect:

Username — chosen by you, visible to other users
Password — stored as a secure hash, never readable
Messages — chat messages you send in rooms
Blog posts — posts you publish on the platform

We do not collect your email address, phone number, real name, or location unless you voluntarily provide it in chat.

3. How we use your data

To provide the chat service and show your messages to other room participants
To authenticate you when you log in
To show your username and posts on your profile
To improve the service based on usage patterns

4. Cookies and tracking

We use the following cookies and tracking tools:

Session cookie — keeps you logged in
Google Ads tag (AW-18196802065) — used to measure ad campaign performance. This may set cookies on your device. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Anthropic — your messages may be processed by Claude AI when you use the @ai feature
Railway — our hosting provider (servers in the EU)
Google — analytics and ads measurement only

6. Your rights (GDPR / Swiss DSG)

If you are in the EU or Switzerland, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of your data
Deletion — delete your account and all associated data
Correction — update your information
Portability — receive your data in a portable format
Object — object to processing of your data

7. Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your messages, posts, and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Children

This service is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not register. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete their account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
